Cotton Research and Development Corporation

Cotton Research and Development Corporation (CRDC) is a partnership between the Australian cotton industry and the Australian Government.

Australia’s cotton producers invest in research and development through CRDC, an amount that is matched annually by the Government.  CRDC invests these funds in a wide range of research, development and extension of knowledge projects, that are aimed at enhancing the environmental, economic and social performance of the Australian cotton industry.

The CRDC’s vision is for a globally competitive and responsible cotton industry and it provides leadership and investment in research, innovation, knowledge creation and transfer.

CRDC aims to add value to the Australian cotton industry with premium cotton products and improved routes to market in a productive system with improved environmental performance.
