"I am aware that I have not graduated from the Program as a fully fledged leader . The leadership journey is ongoing. The program and DAFF have provided me a range of tools, a very strong network of colleagues and an ongoing role in a government in which to exercise positive leadership. For this I am extremely grateful" - Justin Foley
