Steve owns and operates a diversified agricultural enterprise and is a director of recreational horse export company, Wedgetail Exports. He is also a senior Land Protection Officer with Biosecurity Queensland within the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries, QLD. He is responsible for pest management planning throughout Cape York and the Torres Strait. Steve holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Community and International Development) and an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Horticulture), both from the University of Queensland.
