Leecia is the manager of wheat and barley breeding for the GRDC. She has a farming background and worked for many years in medical research, switching sectors in 2002 to combine her scientific and investment analysis skills with her rural industry interests. Leecia has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
