Barb is a cotton farmer from Mungindi, NSW. Her passion is human resource management and labour issues challenging the bush. She is developing a recruitment business specialising in staff for rural/regional enterprises. Barb holds a Certificate in Business and is studying externally for a Bachelor of Business. She is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and Chair of WinCott. Interests include development of regional women’s networks and her local community.
