Farron is the General Manager of Fletcher International Exports Pty Ltd (FIE) Dubbo. FIE is a family owned and operated Company that operates two sheep processing facilities, one based near Albany WA and one in Dubbo NSW. FIE is focused on vertical integration with the Dubbo plant running the last fully integrated Wool Scouring and Top making plant in Australia. In addition FIE has commenced operation of a freight and grain packing terminal handling containerised products.

FIE owns large sheep and farming properties based at Lightning Ridge and Condobolin. Farron has worked in the Meat Industry for eleven years throughout all the sections and has a Diploma of Meat Management. Farron is focused on the need for his company to be efficient as possible so as to stay competitive and return the best out comes to growers and maintain the image of the red meat industry in the rural sector.
