Nicholas is the General Manager of Australian Native Fish Pty Ltd. Having successfully pioneered the industrial production of silver perch, the company is now producing and selling domestically 200 tonnes per annon. Recently the company commenced an industrial development program for the long finned eel, a highly sought after product in Asia. Nicholas holds a Bachelors degree in Applied Science (Agriculture) and an MBA from UNE.
